- 30 days or more before departure: 10% of total tour cost will be deducted.
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost will be deducted.
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost will be deducted.
- Less than 7 days before departure / No Show: 100% of total tour cost will be deducted (no refund).
- Non-Refundable Services
- Any air/train tickets, hotel bookings, permits, or special services that are non-refundable as per supplier policy will be charged in full.
2. Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
- In case of natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions, refunds (if any) will be processed as per hotel/airline/vendor policies. Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
3. Cancellation by the Company
- The company reserves the right to cancel the tour due to insufficient bookings, operational reasons, or force majeure.
- In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour/date.
